I find it easy and comfortable to liase with Vivien on house visits and also choosing the colours. As for the painting service itself, my parents praised their punctuality, neat painting, done twice or thrice till the desired colour is clear. Also, they assisted in tidying up after the painting. Got in contact with Mr. Wilson regarding painting works for my house. His insights were helpful, and managed to get the whole house painted within 2 days with very good price. Painting work was very professional and clean. Did not cause any mess in the house at all. Communication with him is hassle-free and pleasant. Mr. Wilson also has excellent customer service and was willing to help repaint parts of the house that was smudged due to no fault of his workers and himself. Professional, efficient, and good price. Vivien who was very engaging and proactive in replying WhatsApp messages initially, suddenly went silent and MIA-ed when asked to commit on a seamless service to be provided by company. HoTan almost got the deal but sadly, Vivien could not sustain her service standards.

I engaged the service of Hotan on two occasions. The first time for whole house painting. Hotan listens to the client’s input. The company is flexible, making negotiation for painting to be done easy. I recommend Hotan for its painting service as the workers are diligent and the work carried by the workers are of an acceptable standard. Furthermore, although the work was completed, there was some touch-up to the painting which needed to be carried out. Hotan customer officer prompt to response to my request and arrangement was made without a week to fix the issues during warranty period. The second time I engaged Hotan was for the water leak on the adjacent wall of the toilet in the master bedroom, causing the coat of paint to start peeling. Hotan sent a worker to repair the tiles of the toilet as well as to repaint the exterior wall of the toilet. His name is Blessing and I am impressed by his skills. Blessing did an amazing job of removing the peeling paint, making the surface of the wall smooth and even. After that he gave the wall a fresh coat of paint. Hotan is fortunate to have a skilful worker like Blessing.
